Ingredients:
Cheese:Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes).
Crust:Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Contains 2% or less of the following: Soybean Oil, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Calcium Propionate and Sodium Propionate (Preservatives), Mono and Diglycerides, Dextrose, Wheat Flour, Datem, Ethoxylated Mono and Diglycerides, Corn Starch, Calcium Sulfate, Malted Barley Flour, Ammonium Sulfate, Ascorbic Acid (Dough Conditioner), Azodicarbonamide, Polysorbate 60, Potassium Iodate, Propionic Acid, Enzymes, L-Cysteine, Phosphoric Acid.
Sauce:Tomatoes (Water, Tomato Paste [Not Less Than 31% Soluble Solids]), Contains 1% or Less of Onion, Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Soybean Oil, Xanthan Gum.
Hard Bid Specs:
Product contains 40 — 5.50oz. pizzas per case and must be CN labeled. Each pizza is packaged in an individual, oven-able box. Each portion should provide a minimum of 320 calories. Each portion should provide no more than 11g total fat, 7g saturated fat and 0g trans fat. Product should contain no more than 470mg sodium. Each 5.50oz. serving must provide 2.00oz. equivalent meat alternate, 2 servings of bread and 1/4 cup vegetable.
Cooking Instructions:
For a crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza on a cookie sheet. Cook for 8 to 11 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.
For an extra crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza directly on center oven rack. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.
*Note:Due to oven variances, cooking times may require adjustments.
Packing:Each pizza packed in an individual, oven-safe cooking box. Pizzas are then bulk packed in a 40-count case.
