Ingredients:
Crust:Enriched Flour, (Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Soybean Oil, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Sugar, Salt, Yeast.
Cheese:Low Moisture-Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes).
Sauce:Tomatoes (Water, Tomato Paste [Not Less Than 31% Soluble Solids] ), Contains 1% or Less of Onion, Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Soybean Oil, Xanthan Gum.
Cheese:Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese(Pasteurized Milk Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Modified Food Starch.
Hard Bid Specs:
Product contains 40 — 5.65oz. pizzas per case and must be CN labeled. Each 5.65oz. portion is packaged in an individual, oven-able safe cooking box. Each 4" x 6" portion should provide a minimum of 370 calories. Each portion should provide no more than 12g total fat, 7g saturated fat and 0g trans fat. Product must contain at least 2g fiber and no more than 650mg sodium. Each 5.65oz. serving must provide 2.00oz. equivalent meat alternate, 3 servings of bread alternate and 1/8 cup vegetable.
Cooking Instructions:
For a crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza on a cookie sheet. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.

For an extra crisp crust:Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pizza directly on center oven rack. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown.

*Note:Due to oven variances, cooking times may require adjustments.
Packing:Each portion packed in an oven-safe cooking box, then bulk packed in a case.
